In this case a supplier evaluation will be compiled.
To guarantee reliable services INGUN needs absolutely punctual supply to the date stated in the purchase order acknowledgement. Should it become apparent that the supply date required cannot be achieved or kept, then the purchasing dept. at INGUN must be immediately informed. The reasons, which lead to the supply delay must be investigated and stopped. In an emergency all necessary measures must be taken to shorten the normal delivery period.
